Last updated: October 2026. Clear terms governing your use of InvoiceBloke.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InvoiceBloke website, job tracking systems, closeout tools, invoicing workflow, and associated services (collectively, "InvoiceBloke" or the "Service"). By creating an account, logging a job, or generating an invoice, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using InvoiceBloke on behalf of a company or entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service & Workflow

InvoiceBloke provides a focused workflow designed for service professionals: tracking jobs, closing out actual labor, overtime, equipment, and expenses, converting closeouts into invoices, dispatching invoices, tracking payment statuses, and investigating payment delays via human-guided inquiries.

InvoiceBloke is an administrative software workflow. InvoiceBloke is not an accounting firm, legal advisor, bank, debt collection agency, or escrow service. You acknowledge that InvoiceBloke does not provide tax or financial advice and cannot guarantee that your clients will approve or pay an invoice.

3. User Responsibilities & Entered Work Details

Accuracy of Job & Invoicing Data: You are solely responsible for all details entered into the Service, including recorded crew names, hours, overtime multipliers, equipment rates, mileage calculations, expenses, tax rates, and client contact information. InvoiceBloke does not independently verify your logged time or expenses.

Job Closeout & Conversion: When closing out a job and transferring items onto an invoice, you are responsible for reviewing and confirming that all line items and charges are authorized by your client before sending.

Client Communication: Inquiries, payment reminders, and follow-up emails are generated based on your inputs and sent only upon your explicit instruction. You are responsible for ensuring that all communications comply with applicable anti-spam and commercial messaging regulations.

4. User Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate, current information when registering and keep your account password secure. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your authenticated session.

You agree to notify us immediately via our feedback form if you detect unauthorized access or suspect a security breach.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Plans & Pricing: InvoiceBloke offers Free ($0), Pro ($12/month or $9.60/month billed annually), and Business ($29/month or $23.20/month billed annually) plans as detailed on the Pricing page.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime via your billing settings.

Refunds: Payments already processed are generally non-refundable except where required by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use InvoiceBloke for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal invoicing, spam dissemination, harassment, or transmitting malicious code.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines or attempt unauthorized access to another user's data.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. InvoiceBloke does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InvoiceBloke shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service or unpaid client invoices.
